–Film must be produced, directed, and/or written by an undergraduate or high schooler in an undergraduate university or school in the Midwest, the United States, or abroad.
-Must be in English or have English subtitles.
-Online submissions only.
-Length: 10 minutes absolute maximum (not including credits). Please do include credits. 
-Credits: Credits are mandatory.
-Only made on or after January 1, 2019.
-Films are judged on the basis of quality, focusing on direction, writing, editing, acting, cinematography, and sound. Diversity is very important. The Vincent Price Best Picture Award honors the best film overall with a prize of $500.
